Missing Man by Maude CurtisToday as we ride in missing man formation,
past your crash site, to your resting place,
we'll remember the good times, forget the bad times.
and vow to keep each other safe and never to forget
to keep our friends close and tell them often that we care.
We miss you Muck. God keep you safe in His arms.

This is a good poem that expresses precisely the emotions we feel as we encounter the spector of death. To fight off the gloom, we need to remember and focus instead, of the deceased brightest highlights of their life. |
