Untitled Love

by Clara Mae Gregory

your evanescent arms
silently embrace my soul
through transitory time
emptied shell's treadmill's
measured moments left behind
preserving our luscious love
locked in one transient grain of sand
capturing forever your kisses
your love fossilized in my heart

the poem is wonderfully emotional and charged and that last line is a killer, Clara Mae. it slays.
