All is not what you think it is!!!

I opened the letter……
It was addressed to my German wife.
Actually, the German word is “Frau,”
Which is, by definition, an old Nordic expression
Meaning: The most high Pooh Baah anointed
Most holy Oracle who is authorized to call you
“Stupid, Dummy, Azwhole or any other
Demeaning phrase, at her leisure.
(Pardon me, I digress)
The letter read that my wife
Was diagnosed with Osteoporosis.
Enclosed was a prescription for medication.
I walked into the kitchen,
“It’s says that you’ve got Osteoporosis
And you need to start on medication”
She asked me, “ What’s the pill?”
Unfamiliar with the name,
I said “ Benova”
“What………..?”
“Benova,….Benova”
“This is not a time to go kinky on me.”,
She crisply relies.
I could sense irritation in her voice.
“OK, I’ll try again, “Benova”
Now she’s really pissed,
And says to me, “Get your mind out of the gutter’
And tell me the name of the medication!!!!”
I’m stupefied, “Beeeennnnooovvva”
She casts her head to her Nordic Gods,
Then counts to ten in German.
“ I AM TRYING, TO FIND OUT WHAT
THE NEW MEDICATION IS AND YOU
KEEP TELLING ME TO “BEND OVER” !!!!
“No, No “ I reply “It’s on the prescription, right here”
“Benova, Benova” I reread the yellow form…
“See it says right here…..??.....??
Boniva…. Right here “ Boniva…..
“Oooooops, sorry, my mistake, Benova,
Eer, I mean Boniva……
…..Neeevvveeeer Miiinnnddd”.
She shakes her head, walks away,
And mutters under her breath,
“And you guys won the war??..Geeezzz”
