small bug, big wonder by Charlie Morgana bug fills his head with wonder;
adverbs and adjectives dance;
which, how many, what kind of,
all questions swirling in his head.
and i get to watch his world grow;
from eye movements to cries and grins,
tears join in the symphony of youth.
crescendo so many times: a cacophony.
sense will be made of the dance,
after we meet the Conductor:
a fine, and loving Man who gave
us this world and wonderment of life. 05/12/2009 Posted on 05/12/2009 Copyright © 2026 Charlie Morgan

| Posted by Maude Curtis on 05/12/09 at 05:16 PM Oh Charlie, you are a true wonderment of life. How you can make the simpliest things into a fun adventure. Or maybe it's that grandson that does it for you as mine do for me. Good write Charlie. Very enjoyable read. |

I love your work so very much.It reminds me often of my own 6 year old precious grandson. I'll be going to Tennessee in a few weeks to go get him to come visit during the summer vacation.I can't wait for he is such a joy.Yes, indeed, I can really relate to this! :) |
