Gravity

by John Harder

You pull me
I can't stop
The laws of space
who can defy?
Does the moon feel it
for the earth
as I feel for you?
The constant attraction
The natural draw
of something so wonderful
The earth she can't help
but to entice the moon
All others are distant stars
scarcely visible
in contrast to this
to the splendor of you

Excellent use of astro-physics to convey romantic attraction. Thanks for posting this John!
