she sauntered into my dream

by Maria Massarella

she sauntered into my dream

zia Teresa

from beyond the beyond

walked with me corridors of light where

I invited her to see

a small terrace of potted plants

when we reached the space where

the terrace would be

in a tacit glance she summoned me to see

peckless blue mediterranean skies

lush green orchards glistening leaves

breezed in the valleysun

Beautiful. I think I like the first stanza just a little more.

It is amazing how someone we've known pops into our head bringiong memories back to us. And sometimes as in this case we are able to create a beautiful piece about it. Nicely done m'lady.

Ahhh that all dreams should be so pleasant, so appealing.

Never was as stroll through a dream so beautiful. I love how you paint with words giving them eternal life. Even from beyond the beyond. Who was it that said, dreams are unscripted poems?

Why is it whenever I read you I want to go Uuuuuuummmmmmmmmm..... and words become meaningless next to the emotions you stir. The beauty within you is breathtaking, the wonder that you share it all openly is heart touching.

Lovely, Maria. I like how you each shared something with the other, her offering seems to carry you out into everything. Thank you.
