Drinking of the absinthe of his predecessors,
the young man halucinated a sucession of alluring females.
Women, but mostly girls who's details he siphons for hours.

He dances with the longing of carnal knowledge;
he thirsts to drink in this life until he prevails
and finds the answers that come only from the edge.

Alas, he misses the point of the life by chasing a pipe dream
while fueling and crashing endlessly, he actually fails.
the fleeting ghosts evaporate like puffs of steam.

And at the end of the night emptiness tucks
him in rather than the faceless flesh that he fucks.
