Rain

melodic
your percussion

abating
in gentleness
the extravagant
vagary
of a capricious

It's raining here too tright now! Percussion harmonics and overtones! And I love the way you used that image, and in an unusual way too. Interestingly I had not read your poem when I revised my one on "no" (vember?) It must n=be in the air! Making music from afar, with an open closet full (really) of percussion instruments. Right now we have a marimba visiting for a few months.

I love the music in this and "capricious dysphoria" is delicious!

This is very clever, Maria - love the wordplay ("xylophone" as a verb!) and your concrete form looks almost like a raindrop too.... d:-)
