languishing into the future

by Charlie Morgan

an audience of Max Headrooms in every living room
to investigate the mental patterns of unconscious.

what better place to be than among the living;
unconsciousness is a common road we drive.

to look is to see; to see is to understand.
to understand is to find beautiful balance.

and finding balance, beautiful balance
is an ocean of oases on the Sahara.

full and fetid, we languish.

"Let the Midnight Special shine an ever-loving light on me". Making music baby or "you're prison (tied to boredom) bound".
