Would JFK be proud of me?

by Kristi Paik

The cracked mirror
makes me feel
like a piece
of art

The summer is over
Left hands now lighter
We have both gone our own way
Sickened yet relieved

A fork in the road:
following the path
of least resistance -
gravity

And yet another fork in the road
must I decide left or right?
how about straight into the
tree?

This is no sci-fi...
There's no black hole, only me...
Singularity.

Gravity. (Me) Singularity.

And don't forget
the Freaking Forks.

Author's Note: I know it's probably not what you thought. Made you look though, huh? :)
