(untitled) i am sure everything happens for a reason...

by Olivia Weinkein

i am sure that everything
happens for a reason, but
instead, i remember the
importance of crying & sit
quietly, hands in my lap
eyes looking no where
and there is a void here,
now, and searching out of
windows can not save it
or correct the wrongdoing,
the undoing, the absolute
desecration of a beautiful
season turned ugly by the
lack of light and you & i
suppose it's ok that i be
lieve that everything
happens for a reason but
i've grown disgusted with
the idea that time can
just keep on moving with
out even a thought or a
passing glance, a second
chance for me or for you

I rather liked this.

I support your idea. That while everything, I'm sure, happens for a reason, we may or may not see it. All we can do is dwiddle our thumbs and assume that one day it will come to us. keep up the good work.
