My Dawn, My Dusk, My Love

by Soulo Jacob Bourgeau

You are my dawn
my heart flutters
from the sparkle
reflected my way
via eyes deep, lush
and Doberman brown

This I crave
at sunlight's first glance
this sates my desire
when dusk wanes low
I surrender to your soft embrace.

Author's Note: For you, Jenae. I love you.

**Note: My Pathetic Friends, it's been way too long since I've posted anything. I miss you all and this site. I've sojourned to Hades, back, and am eager to let my experiences inspire me in new ways. I intend to wield a prolific quill, fellow scribes. More to come...
