College is dead by Madeline PestolesiCollege is dead.
It has been for years.
It died with my ambition
And my optimistic dreams to take on the world.
I wish somebody had told me before I started
That getting an English degree means you'd better be ready to teach
And that no one will care that you busted your ass for A's
And that you would have a boss that never went to college. 03/21/2008 Posted on 03/22/2008 Copyright © 2025 Madeline Pestolesi
