On the Backside by Joe CramerNow, on the backside of my life
I watch the days speed by in a blur.
My time hastens towards its end
As I try to remember how it did begin.
What has happened, what did occur?
I miss the carefree days
As I watch my pebbles hasten toward the shore.
On the backside of my life
There is no love, only strife.... 08/16/2007 Author's Note: Written on my 50th birthday.... with a nod to Shakespeare, who died in his early 50's.....
