Holly Tree (Explicit)

by Glenn Currier

The holly tree turns
genuflecting to the east
her green translucence
transforms the wild sun
like a lover reflected
in the wide eyes
of his beloved
with each thrust
into her dark corridor
warm moist caress
issuing assurance
of the life
they create together.

Beautiful, provocative and life affirming.
