| Posted by Kristina Woodhill on 10/20/07 at 07:34 PM Jim, thanks for forcing me to explore this man and his works. You always pique my curiosity.
His following quote was pretty cool to me, as a gardener - perhaps it is the finding of the common ground that draws people together - even as I marvel at his peace with silence or perceived emptiness and what can grow within.
"My work is what I do and always involves writing materials, chairs, and tables. Before I get to it, I do some exercises for my back and I water the plants, of which I have around two hundred."

| Posted by Kathleen Wilson on 10/22/07 at 03:39 PM I love his music. I just turned on the recording and stared at your page for 4 minutes and 33 seconds. Glad you got the editing right. I's perfect. |

| Posted by Gregory O'Neill on 10/22/07 at 09:47 PM "...I have nothing to say, I am saying it, and that is poetry"--John Cage. Supremely and deceptively apropos, Jim. Thanks. |
