Lunaheart

by Maria Massarella

I captured you
in a photograph

to

discover of you
what my eyes

could not see

Author's Note: the day my library was deleted, the moon in my nightskies was mantled in clouds and such was the dance that it lured me to photograph, until my eyes saw the moon as a heart, and that's the way it photographed itself ... at three minutes past midnight ... *m.a

Delicate, subtle and true. This is what we do--especially you do--because your heart cares to see what you know is there, but is beyond everyday immediate absorption. You speak to my heart sweet sister, always and again. Moonlight glows like the sun here tonight. I can hear it!

Aloha again, my friend. This one speaks to me of the essence of one captured by the lens without judgement.... Simple reflection of the truth within. I am so happy to see you back... I have missed you. Aloha to you from this side of paradise...alisa ;-)

This is just stunning! Thank you so much for sharing your view of the moon with us. Would that every eclipse were followed by such an emergence!

From where I sit, your life is a miracle as it unfolds, and unfolds again. And I, the priviledged voyeur, get to watch as you blossom, hide behind the clouds, and re-emerge, a precious heart treasured and adored. *HUGS* So glad you are here!

Lovely capture and poem.

Maria, this is simply breath-taking. I, too, feel that my emotions are captured and discovered by Lady Luna. Your words prompt me to look inside myself for discoveries that might be waiting there to lift my emotions and surprise me.

What a cool photogragh and all together experience. And a great little bit of writing to add to it all.

Would that my poems could "become you" as does the moon....
