when its time
who tells the clock on the wall
how to keep climbing and then falling again
who decides
or determines that call ...
think deeply and quietly listen
the answer comes from within
you'll know when it's right
it takes more than mere thought,
it takes decision fueled by desire
blast free from the familiar
easy to say
harder to do
we've all been there before and slipped
a bit,
two steps backward
no reason to quit
lift your chin and stay focused
change is never easy
