topic: counterfeit feelings by Aaron Michaelmasking the anger is
like rolling a press
over dirt, you
can't hide it completely,
you just smooth the sand
over the hole
so you can trip in it later.
broken legs and ankles
and the look on your friends faces
when you're still holding the knife
that cut their head off,
bleeding uncontrollably from self-inflicted
stab wounds and rope burns
from trying to control and contort
and withdraw and withold
when all you needed was a way to say it
with out anyone thinking you're insane. 08/26/2007 Author's Note: topic from kyle anne!
