I am abstract by Traci MabatsI consist of acute angles
and ambiguous shapes
My tongue stroke
speaks the many shades
(of you)
I have frontal eyes
with a profile body
(because I walk like an Egyptian)
I am not into Cubism
I will not fit inside
any box
I am not idealistic
My lines are not airbrushed
I am looking for that
Renaissance man
but Leonardo has long since gone
and left me here
Alone in the attic
My colors fading
and edges peeling
Because none of you
could see this
complex simplicity
so preoccupied with your
wireless connections
This art is beyond you 07/21/2007 Posted on 07/21/2007 Copyright © 2025 Traci Mabats

Posted by George Hoerner on 02/24/08 at 06:21 PM I must say some men seem to be into things rather than feelings, ideas, etc.. Very nice write. I think your angles hide some great ideas! |
