Endless Love

by Razel Davies

For you my heart,
It will beat no more.
You stole my heart,
And now it’s still.
Falling apart,
Broken and crushed.
My love for you,
Now infected,
And diseased.

Love cannot die,
And love will not end.
The pains of love,
Held up high,
And never release me.
Never have my heart returned,
Never breathe again.
A kiss so poisoned,
Curse of your lips.

Your love a cancer,
Your beauty stone cold.
Venus is death,
You are it’s keeper.
Leave me for dead,
Though I cannot die.
Pains forever,
In my never ending love.

this poem is sad and it is beautiful and truer words were never spoken to describe love which like a torch, once lit, can never be extinguished, not even with the oceans of tears we pour on it.
