On Verdant fields of lavender by James ZealyCapricious gaze fixates
For an eternity moment
On verdant fields of lavender
Sweet musk essence blooms
Catalyze emotions into a frothy
Tempest frenzy
While images dance of smiling days with you
Rain smell imminent erupts
A pungent mix of scents
As stormy tears a glisten
Drop gentle patters
Glycerin decorate lavender seas
Scrambled egg angst appeased
Sweet musk essence blooms
Day dreams of years with you 03/15/2007

As an additional comment, this is a subject that I had in mind before I wrote this. I just could not come up with the right word combination. Thanks to Cathlyn for coming up with this challenge, the words just seemed to fit.

Posted by Kathleen Wilson on 03/17/07 at 04:20 PM Amazing what you did with this-- I would not have realized it was a challenge-- the tightness and condensation seemed a vessel for the strong potion containerd here, both liquid and intense. The powerful response, to the scent, the sight, after the capriciousness of the eyes unsuspecting! Excellent result, one never knows just how the past will well up into the present! |
