Isn't St Patricks Day fab? (Limerick)

by Dave Fitzgerald

Isn't St. Patricks Day fab?
You can plant a wee kiss on a slab,
And from Cork to Kilarney,
With that kiss on the blarney,
You'll be granted the gift of the gab!

Inspired! Paddy would be proud of you. Perhaps he came from Wales too!

Excellent choice for March 17 POTD! Whimsical and wondrous; I can just see the leprechaun.

Timeless - what a classic is all about.

I love it (although it is not just those that have kissed the blarney stone that have the gift of gab! I should know.) This is so funny and clever, perfect as POTD today.

I like it. A clever limerick indeed, quite worthy to be brought out again and PERFECT for POTD! Congratulations, Dave! :)
