Flawless by Rhonda Maneki
There is no life behind
those ebony cold marble eyes,
There is no smile upon those
lushly formed lips of lies,
where only words are passed
on gilded petals of others
pain.
There lay no beating heart within
your breast,such a marvelous form,
such beauty,breathtakingly beautiful.
There is no warmth of your arms,
although they can hold,
There lay no truth within your intent.
There are no beautiful aged blemishes
that speak of wisdom or maturity,
kindness or heart.
You're flawlessly chizled marble,
So cold,
So cold...
A remarkable work of art - not a work of life.
