Poof! by Alisa Jsif the premise is off
then so is the outcome
throw out perception,
it's flawed ...
if we're not on the same page
how can we sing?
together or apart
impossible!
dawn follows midnight
or is that the inverse
what difference does it make at the end of the day?
why tell me you care
with nothing to follow,
reduced to mere lines
on a page,
a thought
or a wish
isn't the same thing
yet, too many slide
across nonsense
shame!...
why build on sand castles
that flop in the wind
evaporate
like fog
from a long lit cigarette,
here for the flash
and then,
poof! 02/11/2007 Posted on 02/12/2007 Copyright © 2025 Alisa Js

| Posted by Rhonda Maneki on 02/12/07 at 08:33 AM Oh, sweetheart! So powerful! I have a bottle of wine, and a shoulder and a date we need to keep, I have some smiles, we always have laughs regardless of whats happening. It sounds like you need to let your hair down, or up.. and hang out at the beach one day soon?
((((((((((((( hugs)))))))))) I'm not telling you that I felt your frustration and tears! Nope, nope.. but, I did. Sweet sister mine. love, Rhonda |
