Come Back by Steve Baba Is there a reason why I Miss you so much? The leaves are turning Orange and red, fall Is here and I am still alone Without you, I sip my coffee and watch The fish swim back and Forth in the translucent Water, my heart beats slowly As it waits for you To come back to me. 01/26/2007 Posted on 01/26/2007 Copyright © 2026 Steve Baba Member Comments on this Poem Posted by Philip F De Pinto on 11/11/14 at 02:35 PM a beautiful notion, this poem, which leaves me to ponder, given it was written in 2007 if that love ever returned?
