women for whom i should not be writing poems: ii by Brynn Dizack
for me, it's her voice,
resonating like brandy in the throat.
or,
the openness of the eyes,
endless shapes her silhouette makes
in the dim light of slide projectors
in lecture halls
the earnestness of stature,
even when sitting.
of course, i do not know her
at all.
