A crumbled note in a pocket read.... by Sandy M. HumphreyRemember to do this daily...
.....several times a day if necessary.
Cry no foul, do no harm
Say thanks for all that is given
Expect nothing for what we give
Appreciate the moment
Dread not what has yet to be
Dredge not what has come to pass
Breathe deep and exhale slowly
Experience the joy! Revel in the joy!
Laugh often, Laugh loudly
Cry if you must then dry your tears
Face your fears and move on
Cry no foul, do no harm 01/04/2007 Author's Note: I came across this in a pocket of a jacket
I hadn't worn in a while. A note to self
reminding me how to live life and love the life I live.
