Shuffles and Snuffles of Chuckles

by A. Paige White

The angels are moving the furniture around.
It was a sudden chuckle, more of a snuffle
They scuffle with glee.
Teenagers. Teenage angels.
Mischievousness unparalleled.
Why do I keep seeing these things?
It makes my life very uncomfortable.
Did I really ask to see?
Surely, I didn’t know what I was asking for.
It is like musical chairs
At a frantic pace
The pillars stand aready already
The temple of the New Zion’s worship is open.
There are no walls there.
Just pillars.
Clouds roof it and invite.
Well, this is so fair it's not fair.
Little sneak peaks of a grand affair.
Now I’m intrigued.
Another snuffle of a chuckle.
Why do you show me snuffling things?

A snuffle of a scuffle in the final shuffle.
