The Poetry of Life

by Rula Shin

My life is poetry
An infinite source of poetic juices
But there lies in the epicenter
Ever present
Serene and peaceful
FULL of euphoric BLISS

I really like how the word Love is centered in this poem as you talk about its place in your life.

My my, is it the life epitomizing poetry or is it the poetry that epitomizes life, with love occupying the center space,’ ever present’? Instead of all the moods, love provides it serenity. This is divine love, you have in the epicenter, the source of all joy, all beauty, and this euphoric BLISS. Yes, Love is the essence of poetry and so is of LIFE. This is beautiful.

This is the way to live, if only we could all do this. What a wonderful place this would be.

oops forgot to mention I also admire how love is in the center, of the poem and in you.

Hi Rula. Yes, serene and peaceful...but this has ENERGY! Way to go. Thanks.

i have always enjoyed your use of CAPS, and I have to agree with the comments about love (unconditional love, grace, etc...) at the center. unique, concise, wonderful

What Maria ~Angelina~ Massarella said... —yes, me too! And the beauty of your spirit that backgrounds this poem with complete pure sincere LOVE!

how beautiful, to live your life in such a way

Rula, this poem states so simply the source of so much of our creativity. Yet sometimes with my poetry, I wonder if the resulting poem comes from love or I love the creation because of what inspires the poem. Either way, love is present.
