even a stone may weep if you don't tread carefully

by Vere Mantratriad

I, in my worship
fear to find untouchable
what came delivered
signed and sealed
as sold but with
a veiled promise of
availability to
the finest offer
so I may shine up
the dirt on my knees
I may wash away
the spit from my cheek
but the fact remains
that not all stones
are meant to be diamonds
just as not all paths
are meant to be tread

WOW had to log back in just to comment as I read this after I had logged off. This is exceptional, being just what we are and not trying to be someone elses creation...

Hi Vere, I agree with Lori, she's got the right idea. Great things can be ahead. Great write. Hugs. :)

The last line brings it all together perfectly. Excellent!
