I'll take you back

by Matthew Taylor

when the failures mount like unpaid bills,
and the crimes committed , are no longer thrills...
even when you give up and struggle no more,
when your scarred forehead hits the floor..
I'll take you back, everytime,
even when your fight seems over,
take you back , restore you,
even when the pain won't go away,
and you walk , then run, away..
I'm right here.
when your mind thinks I've disappeared
anywhere you go, I'm not far away,
I'm right here!
and......
I'll take you back,
even when the pain is over
and you don't need Me anymore,
I'll still restore,
in full, the work that was started
when you were brokenhearted.
I'll take you back.

Author's Note: from God's perspective in my life, and lives of His MANY CHILDREN, restoration, not condemnation is the message He speaks, we , on the other hand self-condemn, and our inner focused pity and pride push us into a place where only the Savior can reach the heart of the matter, but rejoice, He never disowns His children, like the prodigal son, we are always welcome back home.
