First step is recognition, and second is ACTION, the trick is to trick your smoking self. Delay the lighting, or set certain smoking hours, or reduce by one a day etc...you will find your smoking self sometimes forgetting to smoke hahahahaha Good luck, you seem well on your way! :-) |
