Midnight Prayer by Melissa Arel
Be unto me my midnight prayer,
A beacon of hope for the following morn
And when I feel all lost in despair
Renew in me the hour I was born.
Harken the angels on their harps
To sing so sweet a holy psalm
Create in me a fresh, new heart
And speak my name upon Thy palm.
Light my path and restore my dreams
of sacred longing and wishful things.
Tis Love I need as I close my eyes
And thank You with each breathing sigh.

And speak my name upon Thy palm." |
