poems tear

by Glenn Currier

a poem tears the insulation
revealing a universe
of wormholes and cosmic clouds
sprinkled with glowdust
angels singing
and demons preening themselves
for the next act

Very powerful! This presentation of your feelings on writing makes me seek to come to a deeper revelation in your writing. Thanks for sharing that with us! It should be an inspiration to many.

Strong, vibrant! Reminds me of Genesis where Satan tempted Eve--she would be like God knowing good and evil. Thus we are saddled with searching, seeing, writing of good and evil. It is our universe until Christ returns and all things are made new!

Using art, to make art...a great attempt to capture what it is that poetry is, and makes, "speak to the spirit ditties of no tone." very lovely indeed.
