Amelia: i'm gonna write you a poem right now.

by Andrew S Adams

"do you want me to leave the room"?
no, not really.
i enjoy your company, you're
an inspiration, in fact
and this is a declaration
that you have stolen my muse,
and carry it alongside your wit
and passion; and i am so glad you're here...-

NO DON'T LEAVE!
DON'T TALK TO YOUR DOG
DON'T CLEAN! FOR THE LOVE OF
GOD DON'T CLEAN!

(i apologize for that brief
interlude of rediculous desparation;
but when she wanders, i am left
powerless to utilize the eloquence
she so readily imbues me with;
and i am left to shout in futility
primative words so lacking in thought.)

but she has wandered back
and the tide of thoughts shall not be stemmed
but for an ending.

andrew is a sexy sexy man.

Author's Note: i have a really attractive girlfriend. yes, i do. she does not have the password to my pathetic account, either. so she did not change this poem at all.

i agree with alaina; i love how this flows and reads like a constant stream of thoughts..also, i know i can relate in the frustration of writing about someone then they get up and walk away, lol
