Kickin It

by JD Clay

The whole world changed

While I wasn't looking

Chem-trails

Nano Technology

Cold fusion

And all that acid jazz

But if this is El Niño

I'll sweat it out with

A torn t-shirt

Old blue jeans

Ray-Ban shades and a

Knucklehead Harley scoot

LOL!! Ride on, My Friend, Ride on! The week before Memorial Day weekend, HD bikers from around the country travelled the Myrtle Beach area for the Harley Davidson Rally. Lots of blue jeans, T-shirts, and bandana head gear! Humorous commentary on our times!

right on... room for more?

One can 'sweat it out' without sweating. One can mean without meaning. The chemistery is positive. the chemistery of humor.

All things do change, though not all things are worth watching for. We each weather the storm as we see fit and in what fits us, in our most comfortable gear...ray bans and torn jeans sound PERFECT to me too. I am smiling BIG JD. Thanks for that :-)

That first line is supposed to read "All things do change, but not all things are worth CHANGING for" hahahaha opps *blush*

The head that hangs in the mist in the bathroom mirror appears each new day and with no movement of his lips I can hear him softly repeating, 'It's only a phase'... If I could find his closet there would be denim bells, an Apache head band, J.C. water walkers, a wide leather belt with a huge art nouveau buckle, and a pair of rose tinted granny glasses, and something organic tucked in the vest pocket, 'It's only a phase...' - Wondrousfull Jadi - The Electric RCat - Peace

perhaps if we avoid further viewing the new fangled will revert itself and come full circling to our way of jump and jiving. this jazzy stuff you've written could perhaps be stuffed in their turkey and that would make the world beat snap like it used to, not grate.
