The Chocolate Doctor

by Jeffrey Parren

She so eagerly desired
My white, sensual chocolate
Tease I did
Not mocking
Rather
I waved my dispenser
To and fro

She followed it
As if
I = eye doctor
She = patient
Though she really wasn’t
She did so crave
Splendid dessert

We dined
She whined
So eager an impatience
Holding my head high
She conjured
Convincing arguments
Reluctantly agreed

Good thing for me
She studied the arts
Kung fu grip
Whet appetite
Earning she did
Her just desserts
I was content with my practice

Author's Note: Special thanks to Cooper West for a visual mistake that allowed for this devilish piece to be arisen, LOL.

Whoa, a visual mistake a poem did make. "Earning she did Her just desserts I was content with my practice" ... killer ending, Jeffrey. :)
