Lazy Susan by Bradd HowardYou turned your insides out
and spilled your contents for everyone to see
we picked them up and arranged them
alphabetically
taking a inventory
here are your desires, your dreams,
your goals... your unfulfilled wishes
immobility has caught up with you
stagnation has made your world stop turning
and no matter how hard the rest of us are
working,
if you don't move it's pointless to keep trying.
so... put your contents back in
pick up your head and grin
the world hasn't gotten over you yet. 04/25/2005 Posted on 04/25/2005 Copyright © 2024 Bradd Howard
