topic: Temperatures of Delight

by Amanda L Marron

Florida sun shining
Warm air brushing by
In the middle of February
No snow, no frost
What an unreal occurrence
I’m still not used to not having snow
But it’s a risk I’m willing to accept
Being able to swim on Christmas Day
Walk around in shorts, even in the winter months
Temperatures never fading too low
Staying just right
Keeping me cozy

Amanda, you have captured what so many of us are used to and so many of us can't even imagine. Possibly the best of both worlds? :)
