Road Warrior

Youve walked the straight and narrow road
Faithful in your trodden quest
Youve carried your worries, an unbearable load
Giving your all and your best.
Youve traveled the valleys and mountaintops
And kept your eyes on the Son
You never relented or given up
Yet the journey has just begun.
But now is the time to rest assured
And fly upon the angels wings
Your heart grew sick, hope deferred
But God loved you through all these things.
And even now as you ponder your steps
Not knowing where to go or what to do
Remember His sacrifice, He paid your debt
Giving you victory over hurt and doubt too.
You are so beautiful in His sight
Your life is refined as pure as gold
Hes opened your spirit soul-filled eyes
So you may be strong, holy and bold.
Take a deep sigh and breathe a little lighter
Gods helping your every move
Youre a warrior, a spiritual fighter
Show the world youve got something to prove!
