Frozen In Time by J. P. Daviesnever-to-be tear drops drift
serenely
from the sky;
prismatic diamonds,
a cool embrace
of fragile tea-cup blossoms.
pirouette winds
capture sterile petals;
striving, flushing,
stroking azure mornings,
with hints of flame.

Posted by Chris Sorrenti on 01/06/05 at 05:47 PM I like the mood this evokes in me. Maybe because of the vocabular elements and arrangement, find it reads like a translation from Japanese. Quite dreamy. Kudos J! |
