Somewhere...unsure by Adrian CalhounCold and tired,
wet from the rain,
yet dry within.
Discontent,
misunderstood,
bending in the breeze.
Nowehere to go,
nothing to do.
Wild-eyed, restless,
sometimes rebellious.
Controversy
for the sake of activity.
Screaming into the night,
only to be unheard.
Isolated, feeling all alone,
even amidst the population.
Trying to adjust,
finding the proper placement.
The system doesn't fit.
Falling through the cracks,
without notice.
Never will be a spoke
in this wheel. 10/31/2004 Posted on 11/01/2004 Copyright © 2025 Adrian Calhoun

Posted by Quentin S Clingerman on 11/01/04 at 10:35 PM Somber, feeling of loneliness and depression; expression of universal feelings at times I think. You definitely project a powerful emotion of dejection. |
