Rainy Hailstorm

by Oliver Drewman

Rain comes unexpectedly
Across the sky dark clouds appear
Interrupting capacity
Not in vain the storm to fear
You and I together weather
Hail and rain, neath yonder tree
Around us pours this aweful pleasure
Instruments of dampness flee
Listen to the pitter-patter
Singing, dancing drops of rain
Tumble down with icy matter
Overheard laughter's refrain
Rejoice in refreshing orbs of water
Majestic rainbow storms bright daughter

Neat poetics...really like the descriptiveness of this one. The sky fully reflective of humanity. :)
