Author's Note: I cannot find any authorative reference to the poetry form the quip. But it's definately alive and out there. It operates somewhat as haiku does with a shift in perspective, but also has roots in the 'one-liner' The quip should amuse, raise a wry smile or even provoke laughter. One of its ancestors must surely have been the epigram.
LOL! Very clever Pag. As for authoritative references, what I've learned to do as far as looking up the meaning of words is go to Google on the Internet. Type in the word, with the words 'definition of' after as one string (no commas) and it's never failed me yet.
