Withdrawl

by Amy Wustrin

I'm trying to hold it together

For as long as i possibly can

I'm trying to rhyme and meter my thoughts

And bury my heart in the sand

I'd like to collect up my grievances

And lay them all down at your feet

I hate how every time I say goodbye

It's every bit bitter, and no sweet

It's all your fault for kissing me first

Like the first hit of heroine~Free

One slip of the tounge, I was suddenly hooked

And the rest of you cost me everything

Now i violently shake in the corner

Withdrawl in the highest degree

Cuz I gave up the drug of this make-believe love

And it's a long road to recovery
