Posted by Alison McKenzie on 07/23/04 at 11:08 PM I've twisted and turned the possible perspectives in my head, and I can't make the circuit complete. Expansion would be awesome.
Posted by Amy Wustrin on 09/09/04 at 06:24 PM i really like how wide open those 2 lines are to interperetation, and as a matter of fact, i found quite a bit of significance in them relating to my own life. well done!

Posted by Nicole Assenza on 05/01/06 at 02:44 AM I was expecting some long poem that had actually nothing to do with cats. This is great =) Cats are cool.
Posted by Jody Pratt on 09/30/12 at 06:48 AM "You're not mine and you can have me," is what I got out of it. Clever. The title definitely caught my eye. I thought it would be a poem poking fun of someone with comparisons between them and how much better a cat would be (like, "You sleep all day, not like my cat" but subtle.) Caught me off guard when I only saw two lines.
