LOL! Thank goodness they weren't skunks. For its small number of words, this is quite a visual poem. PS: Did I tell you I received my copy of Poetry of Music?

very nice, reminds me of going camping when i was little. the racoon ran off with the paper cups :-s

A fun read! I too could picture all the running and scurrying! hahah a fun shape to the poem as well! :-)

I can see the paradoxical cleaning up. The scene too, so distinct.

Oh the joys of camping. We have a pond in our back yard with plastic plants in it. The miserable little buggers pull the plants up out of the pond and leave them all over the yard. They also pull up some of the stone at the waters edge. G-r-r-r-r-r......Charlie
