melanome. by Andrew S Adamsone day, night
will come. as a splinter
from the moment of creation,
birth will be a fallen birch.
and, as we walk in the shade,
we are reminded that the sun
must be there to be shaded.
the birth of the sun was highly
disregarded as a passing moment,
well, gods eye sees it so.
and we, we were never too thankful for
the essence of its energy-
and whine of the burst
of light.
and the fallen tree from which the
shade has been thieved,
is battling a fierce duel with the
star of the day.
the star of the day,
will show its teeth,
in the form of this
cancer.
