Word Play

by Charles E Minshall

I like to play
Around with words,
Too bad I can not speak some.
They're some where in my mind
But it takes too long to reach them.

Let the words play with you. And it does happen. We start playing with the words and end up words playing with us.

I sometimes find that even if I can reach the words they still come out backwards and topsy turvy somehow when I add my vocals in to the mix haha...a fun read Charles :-)

Quite a keen observation on the human condition. The retrieval systems are just not what they should be! LOL! I find it gets worse with age!

Just too cute. I like this. Don't worry Charlie , it's just your half-heimers kicking in, LOL.

So true, or some, no matter how many times I look them up in the dictionary, can never remember their meaning.
